Todas las obras se envían enrolladas en tubo de cartón rígido de alta resistencia, protegidas con papel libre de ácido en el interior. This method ensures the work arrives without folds, pressure marks or damage during transit, regardless of distance.
Una vez recibida la obra, te recomendamos extenderla sobre una superficie plana o enmarcarla lo antes posible para que recupere su forma natural.Once you receive the work, we recommend laying it flat on a surface or framing it as soon as possible so it can return to its natural shape.
Consolidación de pedidosOrder consolidation
Si has realizado varios pedidos en un período de tiempo corto, haremos todo lo posible por consolidarlos y enviarlos juntos, siempre que sea logísticamente viable. Esto nos ayuda a optimizar el proceso y reducir cualquier posible retraso.If you have placed multiple orders within a short period of time, we will make every effort to consolidate them and ship them together whenever logistically viable. This helps us optimize the process and reduce any potential delays.
Devoluciones y reembolsosReturns & refunds
Nuestra política de devoluciones tiene una vigencia de 30 días desde la fecha de recepción. Si han transcurrido más de 30 días desde que recibiste tu pedido, no podremos ofrecerte un reembolso ni un cambio.Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt. Condiciones para devolucionesReturn conditions
Para poder gestionar una devolución, la obra debe estar en las mismas condiciones en que fue recibida y con el embalaje original. Los siguientes casos no son elegibles para devolución:To process a return, the work must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. The following cases are not eligible for return:
- Obras con señales de uso o manipulación.Works showing signs of use or handling.
- Obras devueltas más de 30 días después de la entrega.Works returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Obras que no vienen acompañadas de prueba de compra.Works not accompanied by proof of purchase.
Obra dañada durante el envíoWork damaged during shipping
Si la obra llega con daños causados durante el transporte, contáctanos dentro de los 7 días siguientes a la recepción con fotografías del daño y del embalaje exterior. Gestionaremos una solución de inmediato: reembolso completo o reposición de la obra cuando sea posible.If the work arrives damaged due to transit, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the damage and the outer packaging. We will arrange an immediate solution: full refund or replacement of the work where possible.
CambiosExchanges
Solo realizamos cambios en caso de que la obra llegue defectuosa o dañada. Si necesitas gestionar un cambio, escríbenos a helloibaf@gmail.com y te indicaremos los pasos a seguir.We only process exchanges if the work arrives defective or damaged. Proceso de reembolsoRefund process
Una vez recibida y revisada la devolución, te enviaremos un email confirmando que hemos recibido la obra y te notificaremos si el reembolso ha sido aprobado o rechazado. Si es aprobado, el reembolso se procesará automáticamente al método de pago original en un plazo de 5 a 10 días hábiles.Once we receive and inspect the return, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Cada obra original adquirida en ibaf.art incluye un certificado de autenticidad firmado por el artista. El certificado especifica el título de la obra, la técnica empleada, las dimensiones, el año de creación y, en el caso de series, el número de la pieza dentro de la colección. Este documento garantiza la procedencia directa de la obra desde el estudio del artista.Every original work purchased on ibaf.art includes a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. The certificate specifies the title of the work, the medium used, the dimensions, the year of creation and, in the case of series, the piece's number within the collection. This document guarantees the work's direct provenance from the artist's studio.
